Derby Place Partnership Health Lead (Move More Derby) - Active Partners Trust

As part of the wider Place Partnership work in Derby, this role will work closely with a range of health partners and community organisations. The focus will be on embedding physical activity into health inequalities work and influencing health strategy and policy.

This role will build collaboration and connectivity between communities and the system. It will focus on collating and analysing the insight and community engagement that exists and ensuring this is used to co-design opportunities and break down the barriers to being active.
