Ali Wills

I have spent the last 6+years in and across national and local systems, providing capacity and strategic support to help bring people more closely together through fostering collaboration and relational ways of working.  I have supported Sport England through the development and deployment of Uniting the Movement, bringing expertise and insight to the ‘Connecting Communities’ strand and more latterly, supported the creation and roll out of the Sport England Place Universal Offer.  

I also bring practical, on the ground experience of working in systems at the place level having led for the past 4 years the county-wide systemic approach to physical activity for Cornwall.     

My strengths lie in my ability to convene people together from across the system and use the power of collective learning as a key intervention for systemic change. My energy lies in developing others and I bring a relational and inclusive style to my facilitation.    

I am one of the Sport England/LGA co-facilitators delivering the national Place-Based Leadership programme, trained in the practice of Lewis Deep Democracy and Organisational and Relationship System Coaching (ORSC) and a practitioner of Human Learning Systems.
