I have worked alongside public health teams, councils, leisure trusts, and community partners across England and Wales, creating space for honest conversations, shared purpose, and practical change. My style is thoughtful and grounded—combining strong project delivery with deep listening, empathy and insight.

• Systems-focused facilitation 
  Designing and leading sessions that help partners explore the big picture, shift thinking, and find new ways of working together.  

• Turning ideas into action 
  I support places to move beyond workshops—helping them co-create realistic, shared action plans that build momentum. In Cheshire East, my approach led to two locally owned plans and an ongoing, self-sustaining network.  

• Coaching and capacity-building 
  As a certified Clifton Strengths coach, I support leaders to grow their confidence and capability—bringing out the best in individuals and teams. 

• Partnership and governance insight 
  My background as a CEO and trustee gives me a real-world understanding of leadership, power dynamics, and what it takes to build strong, accountable partnerships.  

 My approach is calm, relational, and purposeful. I know how to hold space when things feel uncertain, and how to help teams keep moving—together—towards better outcomes for their communities.
