In a consultancy role, I am now directly helping 8 Active Partnerships (AP) using my deep understanding to demystify, practically help and add value through place expansion, the universal offer and systems leadership journeys – helping respond to SE expectations.   

My work with APs has been about navigating the overall flow of work – often in local systems that are pressured or changing. Coaching and mentoring AP CEOs, leadership teams to build capacity and capability, working through what Proportional Universalism actually means and supporting the collaboration and networking needed with local partners. Building on AP strengths specifically:  

• Understanding/helping the whole AP team readiness through a ‘diagnostic’  

• Building confidence through facilitating collaborative discussions with local partners   

• Ensuring systems leadership work fits local context and meets need  

• Translating SE requirements to maximise value e.g. MEL or system maturity tool  

• Facilitating the design, implementation, learning from test and learn projects  

• Positively challenging the local system around community voice  

• Connecting, scaling and sustaining this work
