Health and Wellbeing Officer - Together Active Staffordshire & Stoke on Trent

This officer will be instrumental in expanding and enriching Together Active’s health initiatives, particularly by integrating physical activity into clinical pathways across Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent. This role is critical in building and maintaining partnerships with healthcare providers and physical activity organisations, directly contributing to the development and implementation of innovative health projects.

Workforce Development Officer - Together Active Staffordshire & Stoke on Trent

This officer is essential to develop the skills within organisations to both provide accessible physical activity options to the community and create safe, welcoming, and sustainable environments. This role will increase capacity, enhance capabilities and equip clubs and community organisations to enable them to be equitable and resilient.

Derby Place Partnership Health Lead (Move More Derby) - Active Partners Trust

As part of the wider Place Partnership work in Derby, this role will work closely with a range of health partners and community organisations. The focus will be on embedding physical activity into health inequalities work and influencing health strategy and policy.

Nottingham Place Partnership Connector (2 roles) - Active Notts

This role will build collaboration and connectivity between communities and the system. It will focus on collating and analysing the insight and community engagement that exists and ensuring this is used to co-design opportunities and break down the barriers to being active.

Erewash Community Engagement Lead - Active Partners Trust

This role will build strong relationships with the Kirk Hallam community, listening to and understanding the perspectives of the people who live there and how being active does or doesn’t fit into their lives.

Derby Place Partnership Lead (Move More Derby) - Active Partners Trust

This role will lead the Place Partnership work in Derby. Building strong collaboration across a wide range of partner organisations, the focus will be on creating the culture and environment for change, reflecting the needs of communities and their barriers to being active.

Nottingham Place Partnership Lead - Active Notts

This role will lead the place partnership work in Nottingham. Building collaboration across a wide range of partner organisations, the focus will be on creating the culture and environment for change, reflecting the needs of communities and their barriers to being active.

Erewash Place Partnership Lead - Active Notts

This role will lead our Place Partnership work in Erewash.
