Suppliers sought to support monitoring, evaluation and learning for two key programmes

The Active Partnerships National Organisation (APNO) has launched an invitation to tender as it starts the search for a monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL) supplier for two key programmes of work – the Sport Welfare Officer (SWO) network and the Multi-Sport Activity and Facilities Fund. Both programmes are funded by Sport England.

For both programmes of work, the APNO is looking for a supplier to be responsible for developing a clear evaluation and learning plan for the programme and the development of data collection tools. They will need to ensure the quality and consistency of data collection across local Active Partnerships and support a joined-up approach across other national evaluations and support provided through the national evaluation and learning contracts.

The supplier will also be responsible for national-level analysis and reporting of findings and lessons to key audiences.

For both opportunities, which cover the period from August 2024 to May 2027, the Invitation To Tender packs are now available to download, along with supporting materials.

The closing date for tenders to be submitted is Thursday 18 July at 10am, with the projects due to commence in August. Tenders will be accepted from both single organisations and consortia.
