Busy Consulting:
Since launching the Workplace Movement consulting offer, we have been busy at Workplace Movement.
The Piece Hall, in Halifax, is one organisation who has taken up the offer with the aim to help its staff team not only improve their physical activity but also improve their mental health, which will lead to many other work related benefits such as improved productivity and motivation.
The initial training sessions have been very well received, with positive feedback such as:
Thanks for the session today – it’s really made me think about small changes I can easily make during my day to increase my activity levels and energy.
We are now sending out the staff survey and evaluating their organisational wellbeing benchmark to understand their unique needs, to then develop a bespoke wellbeing action plan.
Increased Interest in Training
There has been an increased interest in the virtual Workplace Movement training sessions, especially the Physical Activity for Good Mental Health session, which we have run employees from the organisations such as the College of Policing, South Westminster Business Improvement Districts and Subbly.
100% of surveyed attendees would recommend these training sessions to others, with recent testimonials such as:
Great session full of actionable and useful tips
