Governance

Our team and Board play a crucial role – we’re here to connect, strengthen and enable the nationwide Active Partnerships network.

We aim to foster collaboration, maximise strengths, and pool resources for a collective impact that transforms lives.

Sustainability

Being a sustainable and ethical workplace is one of our six guiding principles within our strategy.

The climate we create as a fair, socially responsible and environmentally-focused organisation is important to us. We are still developing how we best embed this commitment into our everyday working lives, but being an ethical employer and improving our sustainability is a key focus for us.

We recognise that we have a responsibility to the environment beyond legal and regulatory requirements. We are committed to reducing our environmental impact and continually improving our environmental performance. This is an integral part of our business strategy and we are aiming to embed it into our operating culture.

We will consider all of our work through the lens of equality, diversity and inclusion, thinking about the people we work with and the environments we work within. And although we recognise that we are a small organisation, we do have considerable reach across the sector and so we’ll encourage partners, employees, suppliers, and our stakeholders to do the same.

We will soon be setting out our commitment to being a sustainable and ethical workplace and we’ll be publishing our plan for how we will achieve this.
